- All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are not inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, and availability without prior notice.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, unavailable items).
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
2. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery within Lagos takes 1–3 working days. Nationwide delivery may take 3–7 working days depending on your location.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by weight and location.
Note: We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
3. Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are:
- Damaged on arrival
- Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
- Defective (manufacturing fault)
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase and a photo of the issue must be submitted via WhatsApp or email.
Non-returnable items: Perishable goods, clearance items, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone.
- After 12 hours or once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
